What an idiot. Obama's mother was NEVER in Kenya. Provide ONE piece of evidence that she was or shut up. The Kenyan government couldn't find any. His father was in Kenya in 1960, but not again until 1965. So, you would have us believe that his mother, a pregnant 18-year-old white girl from Kansas, would leave the comfort of her parents' home in Hawaii to travel to Kenya, which was in the late stages of the Mau Mau Rebellion, WITHOUT HER HUSBAND, to give birth in a backwards third world country, then rush back to Hawaii to register the birth? You have to be kidding.

Officials in Hawaii have said President Obama's certificate of live birth is authentic and his grandmother later confirmed to translators that she witnessed his birth in Hawaii, NOT KENYA.

"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson wrote in his dismissal of a lawsuit over President Obama's citizenship.

<strong>***********MODERATOR'S REPLY************</strong>
Thank you for stopping by. I understand folks that worship/adore/respect immensely Obama tend to resort to name calling, even bagging on every day average Americans, in this case a simple secretary, rather than questioning Obama. However, I do appreciate the fact you did not use the "F" word, thanks. I am baffled on why you do not give others the same respect you give Obama? Let's look at that. I respect you and I am giving you time of day, we have even had this interaction, albeit a small one on a blog. And if I saw you stranded with no gas and needed help I'd help you out. Now, let's look at Obama, he could care less about you and you've never had any interaction with him and if you needed help he would not help you nor give you the time of day. He will not even provide proof of his real certificate of live birth to you nor anyone else when it is only 1 of 3 basic requirements to become a US president. Now, let's see, you lash out at me, and defend Obama? Think about that. Be honest, check yourself on that bro. The "shut up" thing is a bit ridiculous as well. I'd say them were some fighting words, but then again, really just arrogance and disrespect at work.

<em>Matthew 5:22
But I say, if you are angry with someone,* you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot,* you are in danger of being brought before the high council. And if you curse someone,* you are in danger of the fires of hell."
Footnotes:
* Some manuscripts add without cause.
* Greek uses an Aramaic term of contempt: If you say to your brother, `Raca.'
* Greek if you say, `You fool.'</em>

I'm not going to address every line of your comment because anyone who's ever read Obama's book knows he was born in Kenya, and his mother's travels confirm that as well. <strong>But regardless of all of that, the simple fact remains: If Obama had a birth certificate proving he was actually born in Hawaii, he would've presented one. Period. End of story. He sure rushed out to "prove" it when he was running for president, thus the reason he created a fake photshop certification paper from the State of Hawaii in the first place. </strong>

Now, your choice of words for me:
id⋅i⋅ot
/ˈɪdiət/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [id-ee-uht] Show IPA
Use idiot in a Sentence
–noun
1. an utterly foolish or senseless person.
2. Psychology. a person of the lowest order in a former classification of mental retardation, having a mental age of less than three years old and an intelligence quotient under 25.
Origin:
1250–1300; ME < L idiōta < Gk iditēs private person, layman, person lacking skill or expertise, equiv. to idiō- (lengthened var. of idio- idio-, perh. by analogy with stratiōtēs professional soldier, deriv. of stratiá army) + -tēs agent n. suffix

Synonyms:
1. fool, half-wit; imbecile; dolt, dunce, numskull.

I understand the words you might have preferred to use were unavailable because maybe they are vulgar and not allowed on this blog, but the intention comes through loud and clear. Still, it would be best if you stuck with the truth since you are portraying to represent it. <strong>One more piece of advice: Learn to be HONEST and maybe you will be able to spot a liar, namely Obama.
</strong>
<strong>P.S. As for "evidence," let me just say it's sort of difficult to say Obama's mom was never in Kenya, when SHE GAVE BIRTH TO OBAMA IN KENYA according to his grandmother, in her own words, and in his book which is in his own words, which are both public knowledge.</strong>

The US Constitution requires that a person be a Natural Born Citizen to be president. You have said " A natural-born citizen is BORN on American soil." This is simply not true, and has been not true since George Washington was president in 1790. Washington signed into law the Naturalization Act of 1790, which expressly says "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". You and every other wingnut seem to be blissfully unaware of this and appear to enjoy making up your own definitions. Nowhere does the US Constitution define what constitutes a Natural Born Citizen. You may enjoy making up your own make-believe definitions, but the reality is that Congress defined this during the first presidency of the United States. Obama could have been born on MARS and have a MARTIAN birth certificate, and by means of his Kansas-born mother would STILL be a Natural Born Citizen under the laws of the United States.

You also made up your own definitions of why McCain would be a Natural Born Citizen when you said "my brother was born in the Panama Canal Zone on a U.S. military base to a family that was not natural born American citizens, but who were American citizens prior to his birth, so I am already familiar with firsthand experience on that subject." That's nice and all that you have a brother born in Panama, but that event clearly lent you no additional knowledge of US Law regarding the definition of a Natural Born Citizen.

1790. Congress defined it. The Constitution does not, -and neither do you. You can make up your own laws all you want, but there's a reason the SCOTUS isn't touching this, and it's because unlike you, they know a thing or two about the law. Your absolute ignorance of actual US law regarding the definition of a Natural Born Citizen is humorous at best, sad and disgusting at worst. But hey, whatever gets you off.

<strong>*************MODERATOR'S RESPONSE******

Your cited definition of "natural born" flies in the face of other legal documented definitions of what is "natural born."

However, the fact of the matter is the birth "certification" document Obama posted on his website has been proven to be a forgery.

There is no reason Obama would've posted a forged birth certification to appear as a real certificate of live birth certificate as his offer of "proof" he was a natural US born citizen, other than he doesn't have a legitimate one to show.

We find that both sad and disgusting, and those who ignore that fact equally so.

By implying sexual gratification has anything to do with wanting justice for America, just shines light into the intent of posts that lash out at those who want to get to the truth about Obama's birth certificate.

...especially whilst ignoring the proven fact of his forgery and his willingness an desperation in spending millions of dollars to hide his original birth certificate.

You know, the birth certificate that we all have to show to even get a driver's license?

What is like to live in a conspiracy fantasy world?

<strong>*************MODERATOR'S COMMENT**************
I wouldn't know Mark, but since you do, why don't you tell us?

Conspiracy world = fantasy world = Obama world

If you actually believe someone would forge their own birth certificate for any other reason than they do not have a legitimate one to show, then you got more problems than just being a liar. Even a dog is smarter than that. </strong>

Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate confirmed

Pacific Business News (Honolulu)

The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed on Friday what Barack Obama has been saying all along: the presidential candidate was born in Honolulu.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate,” said Chiyome Fukino. “State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.”

Citing her statutory authority to oversee and maintain Hawaii’s vital records, Fukino said she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

“No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii,” Fukino added.

Lingle, a Republican, has been campaigning on the Mainland for Obama’s opponent, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.

Obama, a Democratic senator from Illinois, was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu. He graduated high school at Punahou School in 1979.

Ok, where is the "proof" that Obama was born in Kenya?

Your web page uses the word "proof" in its title. Where is your proof?

<strong><strong>******* MODERATOR'S COMMENT *************

Mark,

Thank you for your trick [and pony] question.

Your inquiry uses the word "proof." I believe you are confusing the word "proof," as used in my post, with "proven fact." Listed below are the primary, secondary, third, and fourth definition uses for the word "proof," along with synonyms.

"proof" Definition

proof (pro̵̅o̅f)

noun
<em><em>1. the act or process of proving; a testing or trying of something</em>
<em> 2. anything serving or tending to establish the truth of something, or to convince one of its truth;</em> conclusive evidence
   3. the establishment of the truth of something to work on the proof of a theory
4. a test or trial of the truth, worth, quality, etc. of something the proof of the pudding is in the eating</em>
b: the process or an instance of establishing the validity of a statement especially by derivation from other statements in accordance with principles of reasoning

<strong>Synonyms: </strong>
<em> demonstration, verification, evidence, testimony, case, exhibit, reasons, documentation, credentials, data, warrant, confirmation, substantiation, attestation, corroboration, affidavit, facts, witness, deposition, trace, record, criterion, grounds.
</em>

1. Obama's birth certification document [aka his birth certificate] has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt by all experts who have examined it as being a forgery. There is no doubt whatsoever in regards to the fake birth certificate. So forgery is no longer just "proof," it is now a "proven" fact. It goes to say that people who have a legitimate certificate of live birth would not create a forgery. Period, end of story.

2. Obama's paternal Grandmother's statement is on record that she witnessed his birth in the hospital in Kenya, at least one Kenyan official is on record stating Obama was in fact born in Kenya, those who know his tribe are also on record he was born in Kenya, and the monument they built for Obama in Kenya states he is their "native son" of Kenya.

3. He cannot provide a certificate of birth proving he was physically born on USA soil.

<strong>If you were willing to utilize the reasoning power God has given you, you'd reasonably conclude that Obama would not have forged his birth certificate for any purpose other than the fact he doesn't have a legitimate one. Obama's [fake] birth certificate was posted on the official Obama website and circulated to media and others such as factcheck for the sole purpose as providing "proof" he was not born in Kenya. ERGO, since his claim to "proof" that he wasn't born in Kenya was in fact a forgery, it goes to reason [and quite reasonably so] that he was in fact born in Kenya.</strong>

The "proof" is in the pudding, and the "pudding" is the fact that if Obama had a certificate of live birth proving he was physically born on U.S.A. soil, he would provide it. But he cannot, because he was not, and therefore he has not.

My question to you is why you do not question Obama's "proof" he offered as evidence he was born in Hawaii, especially in the light of the fact he had the audacity to provide a forgery as his claim to proof. And in even the most loose definition of "proof," the word "forgery" doesn't fit.

Even a dog knows to spit out a decoy steak when it realizes it's a fake plastic toy, unless he just wants to pretend it's real and play and chew on it for fun; but the dog is always aware it's a <em>toy</em>. Sad to say those who worship Obama can't see [they will not to see] this most obvious fraud perpetrated on the America. And because of that they are dumber than my dog.</strong></strong>

Ok, where is the “proof” that Obama was born in Kenya?

Your web page uses the word “proof” in its title. Where is your proof?

******* MODERATOR’S COMMENT *************

Mark,

Thank you for your trick [and pony] question.

Your inquiry uses the word “proof.” I believe you are confusing the word “proof,” as used in my post, with “proven fact.” Listed below are the primary, secondary, third, and fourth definition uses for the word “proof,” along with synonyms.

“proof” Definition

proof (pro̵̅o̅f)

noun
1. the act or process of proving; a testing or trying of something
2. anything serving or tending to establish the truth of something, or to convince one of its truth; conclusive evidence
3. the establishment of the truth of something to work on the proof of a theory
4. a test or trial of the truth, worth, quality, etc. of something the proof of the pudding is in the eating
b: the process or an instance of establishing the validity of a statement especially by derivation from other statements in accordance with principles of reasoning

Synonyms:
demonstration, verification, evidence, testimony, case, exhibit, reasons, documentation, credentials, data, warrant, confirmation, substantiation, attestation, corroboration, affidavit, facts, witness, deposition, trace, record, criterion, grounds.

1. Obama’s birth certification document [aka his birth certificate] has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt by all experts who have examined it as being a forgery. There is no doubt whatsoever in regards to the fake birth certificate. So forgery is no longer just “proof,” it is now a “proven” fact. It goes to say that people who have a legitimate certificate of live birth would not create a forgery. Period, end of story.

2. Obama’s paternal Grandmother’s statement is on record that she witnessed his birth in the hospital in Kenya, at least one Kenyan official is on record stating Obama was in fact born in Kenya, those who know his tribe are also on record he was born in Kenya, and the monument they built for Obama in Kenya states he is their “native son” of Kenya.

With all the information, what are we going to do about it? Do we need to go to the Supreme Court on Dec. 5th? We need to get some action moving. Is there a plan to prevent this from happening to America?

<strong>*************MODERATOR'S COMMENT*******************

Margie,

WHAT YOU WE EACH DO RIGHT NOW:

Tell everyone you know, spread the word, yes doing the media's job is a bit over our pay grade, BUT...we also as citizens must.

Here's some things we all can do right now:

1) Pray and stand on the Word of God the truth will be exposed, pray in confidence knowing we [America] are a Democratic Republic "for the people and by the people," and therefore it is our duty and responsibility not only as citizens, but as believers as well. Evil prevails when good men and women do nothing. As God told the prophet Ezekiel "You must speak my words to them, whether they listen or fail to listen, for they are rebellious" [Ezekiel 2:7]. We are not responsible whether folks listen or not, but we are responsible to deliver the message." Even if it only serves as a warning, we still must deliver it.

2) Sign Petitions - they take 30 seconds and will be used to establish there is MUCH public interest in getting to the truth

3) Write and fax letter to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas so he will hear this case

4) Email congress so your voice will be heard

5) Blog to your friends, church, and anywhere you see fit on the Internet. Let your pastor know you will support him and your church in speaking the truth

Here's the link to do all of the above, there's even a way after signing petition #1 where they will send your letters in 30 seconds via an automated email system.

I'll leave the prayer up to you :)

It is apparent to me that no matter what is proven about this man; and no matter what the law states, "His" cult followers will buy into only his "legality". Very sad that the truth no longer matters, nor does the constitution. We have all been bamboozled and I seriously doubt that the courts will take action one way or the other.

Be of courage. Do not become apathetic, remember our job is not the outcome of what the liars and cowards will do, Isaiah 6 says “you are not responsible whether they listen, but you are responsible to deliver the message.” God doesn't give us a spirit of fear.

As Mother Teresa said: “What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; BUILD ANYWAY. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; DO GOOD ANYWAY. Give the world the best you’ve got anyway, you see, in the final analysis it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway." AND SHE IS RIGHT !!

LEARN A LESSON FROM THE ANTS: When ants have their entire community washed away with a garden hose, do they give up? NO! They immediately begin building again. And yes, over and over again if need be.

SO LET’S GET CRACKIN! DON’T GIVE UP OR LISTEN TO APATHY. BUILD ANYWAY. DELIVER THE MESSAGE!

FOLKS, AMERICA’S CALLING AND COUNTING ON YOU – PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION, WRITE LETTERS, AND EMAIL YOUR FRIENDS AND CHURCH ! It’s not too late!

Moderator, you're supporting your claim with a youtube video where the speaker specifically states he has no proof that President-elect Obama was born in Kenya.

William, you're supporting your claims with facts from credible sources. Also you're not resorting to mudslinging in order to cover whatever faults there may be in your argument (if any).

good job William.

Btw, I watched the last video you linked me too.

He's wrong the law does not state 5 years after the age of sixteen. It states that the American parent had to be "physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years."

And Obama's mother had lived in the U.S. for at least two years after the age of 14.

So there you go.

I'll be the first to admit that I do not have the slightest clue when someone starts rambling about the animal kingdom, dangerous fetishes, and "the color shade of the tent that houses [one's] SOUL," in the middle of a debate about immigration Law.

And now you actually want to argue that my position on citizenship--as backed by US Law--is wrong, because I do not believe in god and god is truth itself. That is one of the most ridiculous and illogical arguments I have ever heard.

Citizenship is not defined by god; it's defined by Law; and the Law is not on your side.

Finally, to top it off, you're lying--you're presenting me in a false light. At no point did I advance an argument based on race. At no point did I judge anyone based upon the color of their skin.

I said that based on the REALITIES of US History, the word negro is shameful, because in this country it evolved into a racial slur. And now you're going to have the nerve to accuse me of being blinded by the color of one's skin because I condemned a racial slur.

And somehow, you're twisting that and trying to paint me as someone obsessed with the color of someone's skin. Nice. Very godly of you.
<strong>
********* MODERATOR'S REPLY ****************</strong>
As for interjecting animals and souls in any conversation I have on my blog, which is clearly marked "ASK THE ANIMALS" on every page, and specifically mentioned and illustrated with a statement of which, including photos and links as the purpose of the blog, I see no reason for you to complain when I use animal analogies. <strong>The animal analogies stand and will continue for any subject I want to use them with.</strong>

As for your links of quotes you've been sending, there are other facts and links and attorneys in court right now discussing the Obama case that are in contrast to your statements and state otherwise. But I can speak as someone who has family members who are not natural US born citizens and none of them would be able to run for president just on that fact alone. Most likely for you to change my mind on that subject it would have to be fought in a court of law. But I will address your other points.

I did not lie about you or present you in a false light nor did I delete your posts and I give you ample space and time to present and/or defend yourself in the light you choose. I have my opinion that is all. I see you as being rather preoccupied with black vs. white races, and you see me as a kook. Fair enough. We both have our opinions. Why would that be considered "lying?"

However, as a person who has had life experience in many different cultures, languages, religions, colors/races, and peoples, and being first-generation born American, it would appear to me that you are rather obsessed with the white vs. black race in a way I do not see is beneficial, and is very limiting in discussing anything, let alone discussing citizenship which has nothing to do with whether someone is black or white. But I still cannot get over how you only see 2 colors of people, when there are so many different other shades and colors and cultures of peoples that make up the USA. And that strikes me as odd, but I strike you as being odd so we're even.

You must understand that there are peoples that come to America who do not and have never used American racial slurs and that never heard the word "negro," used in the manner you're referring to. Yes, in many families who speak Spanish or Italian "negro" simply means the general color black, not a race "black." But that would be hard for you to see without it being pointed out to you since you do not speak those languages. I just wanted to shine some light that not all Americans relate to that word "negro" in a racial way. And not all Americans are either black or white. And I don't know what the origination of the word "negro" is, it appears to have its root in Latin, I do not know, so I do not know if it was originally a racial slur word or not. But in any case, in my family the "n" word was never used nor even contemplated. My father speaks 4 languages and has lived all over the world, my step-mom was an Egyptian Jewess, and when my real mom died I went to live with a black family and also a white family who were Dutch, wooden shoes and all. I've got white-skinned and brown-skinned cousins, uncles and family members of all races, including black. I've got relatives in Latin America, Italia, and Mexico, and not once was color of skin ever even mentioned in any derogatory manner in any of our conversations. My sister came home with her new husband who was black and all my dad cared about was whether or not he was "a military man." His race was immaterial.

So, some Americans see America as you do, whereas other Americans see it from an immigrant's point of view. Immigrants, who also I might add, shared some of the prejudicial discrimination of which you speak. But I do know one thing, we cannot cure division by making more division, and one sure fire way of making more division is talking about division all the time.

And whether or not you clarify yourself by restating you said "the realities of US history" or not, is beside the point. I saw no purpose for it being brought up in the first place, as it had no bearing or merit in regards to Hawaiians making out a birth certificate back in the 1960's. I was addressing specifically how obviously fake Obama's "birth document" was and that one of the big clues was the fact that he used "African" as race when it is not a race and would not be a term they would use back in the 1960s on a real birth certificate. It was you that stated it could've been whites back then who would use that term in a racial hating way. I took exception to that especially in light of the fact that most likely the persons who would process a birth certificate were most likely Hawaiian and the fact that I do not believe that was the case nor would be the case anywhere in America, except perhaps in the South. Even white racists in a hospital would know "African" would not be the correct term for race on a birth certificate, regardless if that person was from Kenya. So when you brought it up it stuck out like a sore thumb TO ME anyway.

And as for me being "godly?" You are right, I am not godly, but I never stated nor even insinuated I was "godly." On my blog I do allude to the fact that I am saved by the blood of the Lamb of God [Jesus Christ], but it's nothing that I personally have gained through anything I have done, except accept the free gift of salvation. The only godly person I've ever heard of is Jesus Christ.

But it is important to note that just because someone disagrees with you or sees you in a light that you do not wish them to see you in or that you do not feel you are in, doesn't make that person any less "godly," even if you were being discussed by someone "godly" as you say.

I’ll be the first to admit that I do not have the slightest clue when someone starts rambling about the animal kingdom, dangerous fetishes, and “the color shade of the tent that houses [one's] SOUL,” in the middle of a debate about immigration Law.

And now you actually want to argue that my position on citizenship–as backed by US Law–is wrong, because I do not believe in god and god is truth itself. That is one of the most ridiculous and illogical arguments I have ever heard.

Citizenship is not defined by god; it’s defined by Law; and the Law is not on your side.

Finally, to top it off, you’re lying–you’re presenting me in a false light. At no point did I advance an argument based on race. At no point did I judge anyone based upon the color of their skin.

I said that based on the REALITIES of US History, the word negro is shameful, because in this country it evolved into a racial slur. And now you’re going to have the nerve to accuse me of being blinded by the color of one’s skin because I condemned a racial slur.

And somehow, you’re twisting that and trying to paint me as someone obsessed with the color of someone’s skin. Nice. Very godly of you.

********* MODERATOR’S REPLY ****************
As for interjecting animals and souls in any conversation I have on my blog, which is clearly marked “ASK THE ANIMALS” on every page, and specifically mentioned and illustrated with a statement of which, including photos and links as the purpose of the blog, I see no reason for you to complain when I use animal analogies. The animal analogies stand and will continue for any subject I want to use them with.

As for your links of quotes you’ve been sending, there are other facts and links and attorneys in court right now discussing the Obama case that are in contrast to your statements and state otherwise.

Why would that be considered “lying?”

And that strikes me as odd, but I strike you as being odd so we’re even.

You must understand that there are peoples that come to America who do not and have never used American racial slurs and that never heard the word “negro,” used in the manner you’re referring to. Yes, in many families who speak Spanish or Italian “negro” simply means the general color black, not a race “black.” But that would be hard for you to see without it being pointed out to you since you do not speak those languages. I just wanted to shine some light that not all Americans relate to that word “negro” in a racial way. And not all Americans are either black or white. And I don’t know what the origination of the word “negro” is, it appears to have its root in Latin, I do not know, so I do not know if it was originally a racial slur word or not. But in any case, in my family the “n” word was never used nor even contemplated. My father speaks 4 languages and has lived all over the world, my step-mom was an Egyptian Jewess, and when my real mom died I went to live with a black family and also a white family who were Dutch, wooden shoes and all. I’ve got white-skinned and brown-skinned cousins, uncles and family members of all races, including black. I’ve got relatives in Latin America, Italia, and Mexico, and not once was color of skin ever even mentioned in any derogatory manner in any of our conversations. My sister came home with her new husband who was black and all my dad cared about was whether or not he was “a military man.” His race was immaterial.

So, some Americans see America as you do, whereas other Americans see it from an immigrant’s point of view. Immigrants, who also I might add, shared some of the prejudicial discrimination of which you speak. But I do know one thing, we cannot cure division by making more division, and one sure fire way of making more division is talking about division all the time.

And whether or not you clarify yourself by restating you said “the realities of US history” or not, is beside the point. I saw no purpose for it being brought up in the first place, as it had no bearing or merit in regards to Hawaiians making out a birth certificate back in the 1960’s. I was addressing specifically how obviously fake Obama’s “birth document” was and that one of the big clues was the fact that he used “African” as race when it is not a race and would not be a term they would use back in the 1960s on a real birth certificate. It was you that stated it could’ve been whites back then who would use that term in a racial hating way. I took exception to that especially in light of the fact that most likely the persons who would process a birth certificate were most likely Hawaiian and the fact that I do not believe that was the case nor would be the case anywhere in America, except perhaps in the South. Even white racists in a hospital would know “African” would not be the correct term for race on a birth certificate, regardless if that person was from Kenya. So when you brought it up it stuck out like a sore thumb TO ME anyway.

And as for me being “godly?” You are right, I am not godly, but I never stated nor even insinuated I was “godly.” On my blog I do allude to the fact that I am saved by the blood of the Lamb of God [Jesus Christ], but it’s nothing that I personally have gained through anything I have done, except accept the free gift of salvation. The only godly person I’ve ever heard of is Jesus Christ.

But it is important to note that just because someone disagrees with you or sees you in a light that you do not wish them to see you in or that you do not feel you are in, doesn’t make that person any less “godly,” even if you were being discussed by someone “godly” as you say.

And just for the record “kook” and “insane” are not insults to an artist.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Why would you say "laughs last" in reference to me? Are you completely ignorant of the famous adage, "He who laughs last, laughs best."

That saying, which your comment alludes to, means that the one who laughs last is the one who prevailed in the end. So if you're saying that I will laugh at the end, then you're saying that my argument will win. (I guess we agree on that point)

By the way, I'm laughing, because your argument is not serious--it's exaggerated propaganda and completely speculative. It's illogical and borderline insane.

The State of Hawaii publicly declared that Obama's birth certificate is valid, but that's not enough.

Nope, then the arguments change. Now we have to pay attention to the director's shady choice of words. Everyone is so busy reading into everything, but not producing any facts. Can we say paranoia?

As far as mocking being acceptable in 2nd grade and being the rage in hell and then something about the animal kingdom--<strong>I have no clue</strong> what in the hell you're talking about. Frankly, it sounds mentally disturbed.

You also completely lose me when you start talking about my fetish for classifying people according to the color of the tent that houses their soul...seriously, are you intoxicated?

For the record, however, I'm more of an atheist so I do not believe in a soul and, secondly, I never classified anyone as anything; I did discuss the terminology used in a specific culture.

So, as for your point about the morality of words, the reason why "negro" sounds bad to an American is the cultural context--not the world itself. Anyone who understands the history of this country knows why--to suggest otherwise is idiotic.

Next, there is nothing monotonous about my point regarding McCain's birth. YOU SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT.

McCain is not considered a citizen because he was born on a military base. As I mentioned earlier, the State Department clearly states that:

“Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities ARE NOT part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.”

McCain's citizenship is based on THE CITIZENSHIP OF HIS PARENTS. Read the law!

Comparing Obama to Gov. Schwarzenegger is absolutely laughable. Arnold was not a citizen a citizen at birth.

For the third time, Title 8; Chapter 12; Subchapter III; Part 1; Section 1401 of the US Code codifies who "shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth." Did you read that? AT BIRTH. Anyone who meets any of the criteria in this section is CONSIDERED A CITIZEN AT BIRTH AND CONSIDERED A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

READ IT: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode08/usc_sec_08_00001401----000-.html

Per this law, Obama is a citizen AT BIRTH due to his MOTHER'S CITIZENSHIP regardless of the geography of his birth.

Schwarzenegger did not have an AMERICAN PARENT or else he would have been a citizen AT BIRTH.

That's the difference. You're wrong. Get over it.

As for Townhall, I am not a member of it; so I find it hard to believe that you have argued with me on that website.

Oh, and I did not vote for Obama, but nice assumption!

William,
Thank you, I think you summed it all up when you said you "don't have a clue" and when you admitted you are an atheist, which is a person in total rebellion of God, hence truth itself; a most futile fight you will inevitably lose. May you one day be free from bondage and not see yourself or other people by the color of their skin which is really very silly and foolish. But for one that doesn't recognize the soul, I suppose physical appearance would be all one would recognize. </strong>

Moderator,

Perhaps you should reread my comment before you declare your ability to laugh last.

I never said that African was a race. I said that it would not be surprising that a Kenyan citizen would be labeled "African" by a culture that called its own citizens "Negroes."

Secondly, the term African American refers to American citizens with African descent--not to all black people who are in America.

You can wage a semantic argument all you want with regards to ethnicity, but that does not eliminate the reality of how the term is applied.

Nor am I confusing the concept of a natural-born citizen. Please read the laws on the book. I have provided you with the references. Obviously, you need to read them.

As previously noted, John McCain WAS NOT BORN ON AMERICAN SOIL.

However, he was eligible to serve as President, because anyone who meets the criteria of citizenship as stated in Title 8; Chapter 12; Subchapter III; Part 1; Section 1401 of the US Code IS CONSIDERED A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AS IT PERTAINS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE AS U.S. PRESIDENT.

If you are going to make claims, then please be educated on the subject.

Therefore, even if Obama was born in Kenya, per US LAW HE WOULD BE A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

PERHAPS YOU SHOULD REREAD MY COMMENT AS I NEVER INDICATED I WOULD BE DOING ANY LAUGHING. NOR AM I A MAN, i.e, "he."

I said: "HE WHO LAUGHS FIRST, LAUGHS LAST" specifically regarding YOU and only YOU

...which was in regards to YOUR MOCKING "ha ha's" towards those who are trying to get at the truth of a very important issue. And rather than explore that truth, you would rather taunt and mock. Perhaps you were trying to establish some kind of superiority or dominance tone, not sure.

Taunting and mocking may work in the 2nd grade, and it may be the RAGE IN HELL, but it won't get a person very far in the adult world. And it is absolutely FORBIDDEN in the animal world. Taunting and mocking belong to the devil.

I also have learned that it is even beneath an animal to become obsessed with color of skin; especially focusing on only two races, black and white when there are so many other colors and types of peoples that make up the human race. Americans who have been exposed to many different languages and cultures tend to not be obsessed with categorizing people as "black" or "white." I don't even care what color you are, but you share a dangerous fetish with others who are equally as sensitive to dividing and separating people according the color shade of the tent that houses their SOUL.

The truth is when you and I and every other human being stand before God on judgment day, there will be no excuses or justifications for our actions based on what color a person was on earth. In heaven color of skin is a non-issue, and it should be on earth as it is in heaven. And it is also a non-issue to the majority of us who stand against Obama. But this bothers those who have the skin color fetish for some reason. Either way Obama for the record is bi-racial, white anglo saxon and negro, black. Perhaps to an American the word "negro" sounds bad, but in both Spanish and Italian "nego" simply means "black;" and it is not considered a "bad word," or slur, anymore than "white" blanco/bianco or "caucasian" is.

I will also agree to not run a monotonous game of semantics with you and I appreciated your links, but my brother was born in the Panama Canal Zone on a U.S. military base to a family that was not natural born American citizens, but who were American citizens prior to his birth, so I am already familiar with firsthand experience on that subject. On the contrary, Obama was born in Kenya, not a U.S. territory, and which I believe Kenya at that time belonged to Brittan, so that actually makes Obama double-NOT American born, and your links and quotes will never change that. But even more so, I am not concerned much about McCain. He may be your focus or the focus of one of the court cases, but he is NOT any such focus on this blog. Simply put, OBAMA is not a natural US born citizen, and like my father, who is a U.S. citizen, but not a natural born U.S. citizen, this disqualifies him to be president of the USA. Just ask Arnold Schwarzenegger over there in Califa.

You want to have dialogue and logical argument? No problemo~, but at least keep it UP to the level of an animal. Lesson #1: you don't start out a conversation with MOCKING LAUGHTER. It makes for lousy conversation. Otherwise, no one will want to play with you. Although I get the impression you're not the playful type. William, I've argued with you before over on Town Hall and let's just say we will never change each others minds and agree to disagree. You can have your Obama and I can stand against him. </strong>

DocNBear, how can you honestly accuse the campaign of trying to hide the truth?

The campaign released a picture of his birth certificate?

The State of Hawaii confirmed that it was legitimate.

What else do you want--a nationally televised press conference to satisfy the conspiracy theorists?

<strong>*************MODERATOR INTERRUPTION***********

CORRECTION: The campaign did not release a picture of his birth certificate, it was a "certification" of birth, aka simply put: a documentation of his birth. BIG DIFFERENCE. In fact, the picture Obama posted on his website would NOT even be adequate for the average citizen to use to even get a drivers license (that requires a certificate of live birth). And the State of Hawaii did not confirm that they have a certificate of live birth proving Obama was physically born in the USA, they only confirmed they have his birth certificate on file in the State of Hawaii. When asked if it was a certificate of live birth in the State of Hawaii they refused to answer.</strong>

HAHAHAHAHA! It says "African," because his father was an African--he was from Kenya.

The term African American refers to people born in the U.S. just as the term "negro" did.

In fact, your point only supports it's legitimacy. In an era that defined U.S. born individuals as "negro," it is very reasonable to think that they would marginalize a Kenyan citizen by labeling him "African."

And hello? Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen. That makes him a citizen regardless of birth.

Consider the fact that John McCain was not born in the United States. He was born to American parents on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone.

To quote a State department document on citizenship:

"Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth."

So why is McCain considered a citizen? Because Title 8; Chapter 12; Subchapter III; Part 1; Section 1401 of US Code states that any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.

McCain is a citizen because of the status of his parent's citizenship.

Similarly, let's suppose just for the sake of argument that Obama was born in Kenya. Guess what?

Title 8; Chapter 12; Subchapter III; Part 1; Section 1401 also states that Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time).

Wait a minute! Obama's dad was an alien (i.e. a Kenyan), but his mother was a U.S. citizen and she had lived in the U.S. for at least 5 years--so guess what--Obama would still be a citizen!

************* MODERATOR COMMENT *************
HE WHO LAUGHS FIRST, LAUGHS LAST.

"NEGRO" is a race, "African" is not. "African American" is a lose term for American blacks used mostly here in America, but it is neither a race, nor is a nationality (where you hold citizenship). Blacks born in America are AMERICAN CITIZENS and not Africans. I understand that on applications for schools and surveys and whatnot that they will list "African American" as a race, but it is incorrect. Some of those surveys even incorrectly list "Latino" or "Hispanic" as a race, but they are not races either ("Latino" and "Hispanic" may be cultures, but that culture consists of many different races, just like "America" does).

Furthermore, you cannot be both an African citizen and an American citizen, e.g., if your family was born in Italia, and you were born here in America, your NATIONALITY (where you hold citizenship) could not be considered "Italian American," your nationality is simply "American." And if you are black and you were born in Italia, you are considered an ITALIAN, perhaps a black Italian, but not an "African Italian." You're confusing "ethinicity" with "nationality." BIG DIFFERENCE. One is your heritage, the other your citizenship.

And no, they did NOT use "African" as "RACE" on birth certificates for blacks or whites that were born in Kenya back then nor do they now. And not all Kenyans are "negro," there are "caucasians" that were born in Kenya too.

Also, you are confusing "U.S. citizen," with "US natural-born citizen." BIG DIFFERENCE. A natural-born citizen is BORN on American soil.</strong>

<strong>But even ANIMALS KNOW BETTER...
let us ask the animals: they say there is only ONE RACE = HUMAN
and they are right.</strong><em>
